**Key Performance Areas**: Responsibilities include completing the tasks of test tool/environment authoring, test planning, test case creation, execution, debugging, & defect analysis/reporting. Improving efficiency through process improvements & adopting new test methodologies. Improving test effectiveness.

**Position Requirements**: A sound working knowledge & understanding of software testing: integration, functionality & performance.

**Requirements**:

- skills in test development, test planning, test execution, defect management, test efficiency
- Experience with various testing standards, guidelines, procedures, methods, tools will be advantageous
- ownership of quality issues, cross-group collaboration
- Excellent organized, methodical approach, with high attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Agile with Scrum framework knowledge
