**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 Senior Certificate is essential
- Sales and marketing tertiary qualification is an advantage
- 2 - 3 years fleet consulting experience + 5 Years in Customer Service Background in a Fleet Bureau Service company environment essential
- Computer literate with strong knowl of CAMS and Excel spreadsheets essential
- Able to communicate effectively and fluently in both English and Afrikaans - first language (verbal and written) essential.
- Good report writing ability essential
- Supervisory skills and experience a must
- Strong sales and negotiation Skills essential
- Must be exceptional at growing business and initiating action essential
- Excellent presentation skills essential
- Must have own car and valid driver’s license.

**DUTIES**:

- Assume responsibility and accountability for all aspects of Client Management ensuring customer needs are attended to and actioned timely
- Maintain constant contact with your customers
- Manage positive relationships and ensure value is delivered
- Ensure high levels of urgency in attending to customer problems and queries
- Advise clients on relevant and new solutions available to them
- Build strategic relationships with clients and maintain client accounts
- Provide strong client support ensuring customer service standards are maintained
- Actively manage the Fleet bureau programme in order to achieve set objectives
- Advise clients on the reduction inefficiencies in transport routes and driver behaviour to maximise clients paid hours
- Responsible for client system training and implementation
- Manage Clients overall fleet system management requirements and needs
- Responsible for managing the company fleet activity and systems
- Inform all relevant people of changes and developments in your individual client base
- Hold regular meetings with clients and consult on fleet management to proactively manage these requirements
- Ensure they receive their historical driver activity logs and reports including cost and efficiency reports such as driver behaviour, fuel utilisation, distance travelled, fuel evaluations, risk management summaries, fleet productivity and movements etc
- Monitor market trends, competitors and new products and services
- Identify and secure growth opportunities within current client base
- Control Fleet performance through the preparation of reports for client and internal use
- Conduct incident investigations and analysis
- Manage internal and client relation administration
- Managing the processing of Fuel cards and Insurance claims
- Oversee the monitoring of fuel consumption
