Export Clerk

Creative Graphics International (CGI), a world leader in specialized branding solutions for commercial & automotive purposes is looking for an Export Clerk to join their dynamic team at their Ottery Plant in Cape Town, South Africa. The incumbent will provide assistance to the dispatch warehouse supervisor in an administrative and clerical capacity to ensure effective, efficient and accurate reporting and inspection of stock.

**KPI's**
- Creating Waybill on courier external portals
- Update and upload dispatch documents on customer portals
- Responsible for all export administration
- Prepare all documents relating to export shipment.
- Controlling samples based on internal/external requirements
- Checking and verifying stock against packing list
- Prepare excel packing list, labels, barcode etc. For all dispatches
- Create customs clearance documents
- Create export invoices
- Currency update on Shuttleworth daily
- Update Excel PPM Sheet daily
- Update freight report daily
- Update daily dispatches report
- Daily filing / manual & Share drive
- Schedule monthly containers
- Liaise with clearing agent
- Health & Safety
- Housekeeping

**Education & Experience**
- Matric
- 2-5 years experience within a warehouse environment
- Logistics certificate advantageous
- Computer Literacy
