Commercial Manager

RPO Recruitment is hiring a Commercial Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Manager, your position will involve overseeing and executing the commercial strategy of our business. You will have to work in collaboration with different departments including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure the delivery of the highest quality service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop commercial strategies and plans to achieve the company's goals and targets
- Work with different departments to execute commercial strategies
- Manage, train, and motivate the commercial team to achieve their goals
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's commercial strategy and adjust accordingly
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the industry

**Requirements**:

- At least five years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution
- Keen understanding of commercial trends and market insights
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
