A top **Investment firm** has a specialist opportunity for an **experienced** marketing & communications professional to take responsibility for creating all written investment communications, including thought leadership articles, case studies, website content, investment publications, social marketing etc. This is an ideal role for a marketing & communications professional who is a natural networker and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that encourages creative thinking.

The successful incumbent will amongst others be responsible for:

- Write case studies, thought leadership articles, press releases, business updates and announcements, marketing brochures, event material, digital content, newsletters, and various corporate communications content.
- In collaboration with other teams, plan, write and manage the design, content development and production of all investment communications and collateral in support of the business, marketing, and distribution strategies.
- Develop and implement an internal communications programme.
- Ensure communications material is updated and of high quality.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar and lead messaging and content creation.
- Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders across the business to align project needs and drive relevant messages across different channels and platforms.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the communication standards, including structure, creativity, language, tone of voice, style, and terminology.
- Copyedit, proofread and revise existing communications, and write all new communications.
- Determine news-worthy stories for digital and which distribution strategies to implement.
- Leverage analytics and reports to determine effectiveness and seek continual improvements of marketing and communications initiatives.
- Report on monthly communications activity and performance.

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years’ experience in Communications in asset management
- Qualification in Communications, or related (Marketing, Journalism or Languages)
- Investment qualifications strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in writing for institutional investor audiences
- Advanced proficiency in internal communications
- Advanced proficiency in copy writing for owned, earned, and paid channels
- Intermediate proficiency in public relations
- Intermediate proficiency in content marketing, running paid, earned, owned and social campaigns is a plus
- Knowledge of print and digital media
- Thorough understanding of marketing practices and processes
- Ability to prioritise work and deliver high quality output to tight deadlines
