**MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB**
Responsible for ensuring vehicles are disassembled, packed and handed over in accordance with quality standards and procedures.

**Education/Requirements**:
Grade 12 with English fluency (written and spoken)
Valid Code B (08) driver’s license with no endorsement
Two years driving experience preferred.
Previous experience with vehicle inspection an advantage.
Ability to complete forms accurately and reliably.
Energetic and physically fit.
Ability to work under pressure as well as strict timelines

**Duties and Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Ensure vehicles are disassembled in accordance with standards and procedures.**
Collect the vehicle from the main plant, wash the vehicle in the wash bay, and discharge the aircon gas.
Ensure that the Paint Guard Film (PGF) is applied according to required standards
Ensure that protective tape is applied on the parts of the bumper, dashboard, handles, covers and relay box
Ensure that the vehicle is covered with body covers
Ensure that taillight, centre console, side steps, mud guards, front bumper, headlamps, engine compartments, harness and cab are removed
Ensure that chassis harness protector, cab mounting bolts, body bolts, brakes, brake fluids, fuel fillers, steering coupling and all parts of the vehicle are disconnected
Ensure that all compartments and parts are put together and strapped against the vehicle
Assist with preparing the stillage, ensuring that box and engine are loaded on the stillage
Adhere to all safety requirements and ensure correct PPE is worn at all times

Responsible for ensuring the work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
