**JOB OBJECTIVE**:
The role will encompass both store promotions and merchandising of Agro-Serve (Efekto and Wonder) products in-store.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Stocking shelves
- Arranging and maintaining product displays
- Pricing products and monitoring the store inventory
- Building the brand at stores
- Assist consumers in-store by identifying needs and problems and providing a suitable solution.
- Keep record of product sold during promotion
- Responsible to merchandise products on shelves and maintain shelves in good condition
- Ensure that shelves are fully stocked at all times
- Ensure that there is back up stock to replenish shelves
- Assist sales agent with stock counts
- Meet with Sales Rep and Trade Marketer on a regular basis to discuss challenges and concerns
- Setting stock promotions/price reductions as appropriate
- Do in-store promotions according to a fixed schedule
- Ensuring the neatness of the store
- Ensuring safety in the workplace

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12 is essential
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
- Operate effectively under pressure / tight deadlines
- Interpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Planning / Organising
