An established Automotive dealership is currently seeking an experienced Service Manager who will play a very important role at a dealership by overseeing the entire Service and Parts departments, ensuring they are profitable and running smoothly.

Duties will include:
Hiring, training, and managing employees

Preparing an annual operating budget

Keeping a record of accounts and financial information

Focusing on customer retention by building relationships

Managing and controlling costs

Keeping track of service and inventory records

Ordering parts and supplies as needed

Forecasting goals and objectives for the department

Implementing a marketing plan to promote business

Maintaining relations with clients, executives and factory representatives

Contacting clients regarding the status of vehicles

Overseeing post-repair services (vehicle delivery, test driving, etc.)

**Requirements**:
Matric Certification

Added training and development within the same field

Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Advisor

Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Manager

At least 5 years within a dealership environment

Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Drivers license and own reliable vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
