The Happy Snappy Photo Company is an industry leader in photographic systems for tourist attractions nationwide capturing more than five million smiles every year We are looking for a Team Leader / Open Water Diver to motivate and manage our sales team whilst capturing smiles underwater at our animal encounters site at Ushaka Marine World in Durban.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Communicate targets to all staff and motivate the team to achieve the targets
- Conduct onsite training of new staff
- Supervise and report on site performance
- Monitor all key performance indicators on a daily basis
- Fulfill the role of an open water diver - taking photos of the guests whilst snorkeling.
- Maintain site and staff look and feel according to the Happy Snappy criteria
- Ensure staff are in correct uniform and have name badges
- Ensure staff understands the daily sheet report.
- Ensure daily sheet gets filled out accurately and sent to the relevant people on a daily basis
- Stock management including stock counting, ordering and receiving stock
- Ensure photos are online and with the right templates
- Supply head office with any information required
- Motivate the staff and lead by example
- Communicate any suggestions you may have to make work, products, staff, systems better
- Perform the general duties of a “Photographer and Sales Person as per its Job Description
- Represent the Happy Snappy brand and abide by the Happy Snappy code of conduct.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Matric required
- Valid Open Water Diver License (Through PADI or any other diving training facility)
- 3 to 5 years experience as a retail assistant manager or sales team leader
