**Job Title: IT Support Technician**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Roles/Responsibilities**:

- Lead technical support for clients on our System platform, gather feedback on common issues and provide timely solutions.
- Resolve software/hardware issues, oversee installations, and maximize client benefits.
- Offer guidance on utilizing software and hardware features effectively.
- Act as the primary representative to Clients, facilitating seamless IT support operations and addressing any performance issues.
- Adhere to all responsibilities, ensuring compliance with agreements.
- Execute assigned tasks with diligence.
- Serve as the appointed Project Manager, holding responsibility and authority of overall progress of the IT support work and making informed decisions.

**Required Attributes of an Ideal IT Support Technician**:

- **Technical Proficiency**: A strong foundation in IT, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

**Experience/Requirements**:

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years
- Certifications in relevant technologies are advantageous.
