Luxury brand Africology is looking for a self-motivated and attentive Front Desk Coordinator who will be responsible for the full front desk function with a strong focus on quality control within our high-end spa.

Due to the nature of our business, weekend work is required and being available to "stand-in" for another staff member on short notice might be necessary from time to time.

**Immediate Availability Advantageous**

**Front Desk**
- Responsible for the full front desk function - answering phones, make bookings etc
- Ensure adherence to all SOP's within the spa
- Ensure optimal day to day running of the spa
- Daily reporting on operations to HO
- Laundry Management
- Maintenance and Security
- Stock audits done weekly & monthly
- Manage daily housekeeping
- Opening/closing duties

**Quality Control**
- Hands-on approach required with all Spa operations
- Systems Orientated
- Process driven and follow through **NB**:

- Application of industry best practices
- Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
