RPO Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join a reputable beverage manufacturing company in Cape Town. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet the procurement needs of the organization
- Monitor and analyze market trends, assess supplier performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
- Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the beverage manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
