Ancillary Assistant

Promote ancillary products and services to customers during rental transactions.
- Explain the benefits of ancillary offerings clearly and persuasively to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize revenue.
- Upsell products in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Process and document ancillary sales transactions accurately in the system.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all ancillary sales are compliant with company policies, regulations and legal requirements.
- Assist in training branch staff on ancillary product knowledge, sales techniques and compliance guidelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and issues related to ancillary products.
- Work closely with branch managers, rental agents and other staff to align on sales strategies and goals.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure accurate billing and adherence to sales policies. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints or refunds related to ancillary products.

Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a car rental, retail or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in using sales and rental management software.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
