**Supply Chain Intern**, a 12-month internship exists within our clients supply chain department based in Cape Town. For this period the incumbent will form part of the Supply Chain team and will provide support as follows.

**Duties include the following, but not limited to**:

- Provide support to all facets of supply chain, i.e., purchasing, warehouse, dispatch.
- Assist with the management of raw materials and finished goods stock levels, ensuring that system counts match actual stock on hand.
- Ensure that all codes that are used within supply chain are correct.
- Assist with the tracking of purchased goods, ensuring that the delivery dates match the planning schedule.
- Ad hoc projects as required to increase efficiency within the department.
- Draft reports and analysis thereof as and when required.
- Administrative duties including record keeping.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities would be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

**Stipend: R5 000**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R5,000.00 per month
