Complete Job Card and submit to Maintenance Foreman
Compile spares list based on breakdown
General repairs of gearboxes, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
Ensure tools are kept sharpened
Replacing bearings, sprockets,chains and couplings
Responsible for general repairs on the mobile mills
All adhoc duties as assigned by Management
Analyze, diagnose and repair faults
Install and develop new machines
Advise Maintenance Foreman / Manager of spares and material required
Create Awareness and advise Maintenance Foreman / Manager of any potential and or hazards in the factory
Respond to call outs after hours
Must be able to Weld (Arc /Co2)
Must be able to work nightshift when required
Must be willing to work overtime as and when required

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Matric / Grade 12
Trade Test Certificate / Qualification
5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment
Valid drivers licence
Must be able to read and make drawings
Must have experience in but not limited to Boiler Making and Fitting
Ability to plant based repairs on equipment and machines
Must have experience in basic machining
