**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:
**Purpose Statement**

It is the responsibility of the Curro - Microsoft Dynamics CE Product Owner to collaborate with stakeholders, to understand the exact requirements, and business drivers behind development initiatives. These requirements are then translated by the Product owner to development objectives and needs to be constantly reviewed to insure it is always inline with the requirements received. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the product owner to ensure the system integrity is always of highest priority, and that system transitioning into production is done in a seamless and well documented manner.

**Education (Formal Qualification Required)**

**Minimum**
- Agile Framework

**Advantageous**
- Agile Product owner certification

**Legal Requirements (e.g. Driver’s License, Blasting Certificate, etc.)**

**Detail**
- Covid-19 Vaccination certificate

**Minimum Experience**
- 5+ year of experience working in a development team
- 3+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
- 3+ years of experience working with Dev-OPS

**Advantageous**
- 3+ years of experience in CRM Role

**Position Description**

**Planning**
- Lead and facilitate requirement workshops with stakeholders to define high-level requirements.

**Continues Improvement**
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive solution efforts

**Design**
- Design solutions to satisfy the requirements with technologies/tools available.

**Design Coordination**
- Collaborate with the technical Architect to design technical requirements for development.
- Collaborate and liaise with the technical/development team to analyses trade-offs and estimate effort required for development.
- Assist with the prioritization of requirements (based on resource availability & maximum benefit) and maintain the backlog of requirements that are ready for sprints
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Assist QA team to ensure functionality matches business requirements.
- Provide input into effort estimation exercises and test cases/scenarios.

**Support**
- Assist with service integration, implementation, and compile training material.
- Assist in answering high level support and how to questions from end users
- Supply training and knowledge transfers to the Technology Transformation team.

This is a **Permanent** position.
