- Effectively lead a dynamic team
- Manage budget and implement sound financial controls

**Education and Job Experience Required**:

- Postgraduate Degree in Investments Management, Finance, Actuarial Science, Quantitative or Risk Management
- Certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- 10-15 years of investment management experience of which 5 years have to have been on a senior leadership level
- Natural born leader
