We are currently seeking skilled Deck Fitters to join our team and contribute to the production of our exceptional Balance 442, 482, and 750 catamarans. Our factory in Paarden Eiland is committed to crafting world-class vessels known for their quality, innovation, and performance.

**Job Purpose**:
As a Deck Fitter at Balance Catamarans, you will play a vital role in the construction and assembly of the decks for our catamarans. Leveraging your expertise and attention to detail, you will ensure that all deck components are accurately fitted and installed to meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fit and install deck components, including hatches, windows, rails, cleats, and other hardware, for the Balance 442, 482, and 750 catamarans.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide the fitting process.
- Ensure all fittings are installed securely, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design, engineering, and quality control, to resolve any fitting issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fitting processes and efficiency.
- Provide feedback to supervisors and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Deck Fitter or in a similar role within the boatbuilding industry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in deck fitting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

**Salary**: Negotiable, commensurate with experience.
