Job Description: As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing nightly operations at our hotel, ensuring accurate accounting procedures, and delivering excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting nightly audits of hotel transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Processing guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Balancing and reconciling financial transactions, including room charges and payments.
- Generating reports on occupancy, revenue, and other financial metrics.
- Monitoring security cameras and ensuring the safety and security of guests and property.
- Assisting with any administrative tasks as needed during the night shift.

Minimum Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a Night Auditor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Opera Cloud or similar hotel management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently during overnight hours.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must reside in KZN
