**JOB PURPOSE**

**The core purpose of the position**:

- Office Maintenance, Gardening and Fleet Car wash

**Key Responsibilities**
- Gardening
- Maintenance of office yard and balcony areas
- Maintenance of staff patio and braai area

The following physical work is required:

- Plucking of weeds
- Trimming of grass
- Planting of new plants if required.
- Cleaning of outside yard
- Disposing of rubbish into bin bags

**Handyman function**
- Assist with handy man functions around the office.
- Changing of globes, repairs when required

**Car wash function**
- Assist with washing of all Stowe vehicles interior and exterior weekly.
- Disinfecting of vehicles as and when required

**Policies and Procedures**
- Ensure that you make yourself familiar with all the companies and departments policies and procedures.

**Minimum Requirements**
- 3 - 5 Years’ experience
- Ability to clean
- Valid ID

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R4,500.00 - R5,000.00 per month

**Salary**: Up to R5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
