We are looking for graduates with matric plus post matric NQF qualification (minimum NQF4) to provide a 12 -month learnership programme in contact centre and financial services whilst providing work experience as a Debt Collection Agent.

**Requirements**:

- Must have Matric Qualification with Post Matric Qualification (NQF4 to NQF6)
- Unemployed South African Citizen
- Resides in the Western Cape
- Aged 18 - 28
- Good communication Skills
- MS Office proficient (windows, word, excel)
- Ability to work shifts
- Ability to navigate and multitasking
- Affinity towards technology/apps
- Affinity towards financial services
- Resilient and results orientated

**Job Type**: Learnership

**Salary**: From R5,000.00 per month
