Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following
- Liaison and payment of training service providers
- Ensure timely delivery of certificates from service providers
- Operational and technical support to line management with close working cooperation with Operations
- Developing and maintaining formal records for functional SOP’s, licenses, certificates and other training completed for all employees as required by the Department of Labour
- Assist with input for audits including BEE, ISO and other audits

Minimum education required
- Matric
- HR or Training Qualification OR solid relevant experience in HR and Training in an FMCG / manufacturing environment

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R9 000,00 per month
