Groot Constantia Estate, situated in the Constantia Valley, is actively recruiting for a Cellar Master to lead their team and take responsibility for the production function of world class premium wines.

**Essential minimum qualifications, skills, and experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in Viticulture and Oenology or similar;
- Minimum 10 years' winemaking experience in a similar senior role;
- Willingness to travel and work hours as per wine industry requirements.

Commencement date: 1 May 2023 or soonest date thereafter.
