**RESERVATIONS RECEPTIONIST**

**Personality and Competencies**
- Enthusiastic, friendly and well groomed individual with sober habits to work in a guest house environment situated in Panorama, Cape Town.
- The person should be passionate about working with people.
- Proactive decision making and judgement
- Team orientated and maintain working relationships
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Be able to multi-task, exercise time management and work under pressure
- Excellent English and Afrikaans written and verbal communication skills.

**Duties**
- To be fully conversant with **Nightsbridge **and Online Booking Sites.
- Update establishment information on Online Booking Sites
- Follow up on bookings made and payment of outstanding deposits.
- Check-in and check-out of guests.
- Supervise house-keeping.
- Must be flexible in working weekends and holidays

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Matric or NQF level 4 certificate
- At least 3 years experience in a Hotel or Guest House will be to your advantage.
- Working knowledge of **Nightsbridge** and Online Booking Sites.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- English, Afrikaans and any other language will be to your advantage.

**HOW TO APPLY**:
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Afrikaans (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License & own transport (required)
