Night Auditor

Greet guests upon arrival, check-in and provide guests with any information they need to enjoy their stay. Check-out early departure guests
- Verify posted entries to guest and non-guest accounts
- Resolve room status and rate discrepancies
- Review guest credit transactions against established limits
- Generate operational and managerial reports as and when needed
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner
- Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
- Answer phones and place reservations
- Maintains hotel policy on credit/lost and found hotel guest’s properties.

Qualifications for Night Auditor
- 2+ years' experience as a Night Auditor
- Valid code 10 Driver’s license
- Should possess basic computer skills and previous experience in using hotel management software, telephone, switchboard, etc.
- Strong eye for detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R16,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg South, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Night Auditor: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Code 8 Driver's license (required)
