In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage our contracts team, ensuring the successful execution of contracts and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the contracts team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Oversee the entire contracts process, from negotiations and drafting to administration and fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Manage risks and resolve contract-related issues and disputes
- Develop and implement contract management strategies and best practices
- Monitor contract performance and report on key metrics and outcomes
- Ensure timely and accurate contract documentation and record-keeping
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, laws, and regulations related to contracts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of contract laws and regulations
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing complex contracts
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools
