Verification of CCP records: issuing and follow up of corrective actions thereof.
- Quality checks (Supplier product analysis, specifications, adherence checks, portion controls, etc.)
- Monitoring of FIFO practices and monitoring of expired stock.
- Preparation of CCP books and quality documentations.
- Monthly Verification of equipment such as scales and thermometers (functionality).
- Cross Checking of QAQC’s daily duties & report any deviation from allocated tasks.
- Daily verification of thawing and Butchery including record keeping.
- First Aid Safety Officer (If appointed).
- Golden sample collection and rotation.
- Checking of all hygiene practices.
- Checking proper segregation of Halaal, Kosher and Western staff and equipment according to demarcation.
- Retention sample management.
- Proper labeling (Shelf Life maintained, Old labels removed, Correct labels on containers).
- Hygiene in cold rooms/general storage facilities.
- Refrigeration and Freezer Temperature checks.
- Monitoring of Personal Hygiene (GHP Checks).
- Monitoring of PPE within the unit.
- Check Records for Sanitizer Concentration
- Handling and sStorage of tTools and eEquipment.
- Participate in the daily department briefings.
- Must carry out any reasonable instruction given by the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Report any incidence or accidences immediately to the QAQC Manager
- Report to the Manager and HR any disciplinary action that needs to be taken against non confromancesconformances.
- Assist the QC Manager in full preparation of Internal Audit, Client Audits and
- ISO Audits
- Conduct sSupplier audits.Audits when
- Ensure that the relevant Toolbox Talks are conducted.
- Assist the QC Manager with pest control program.
- Maintenance of chemical and first aid stock.
- Conduct quality checks (Supplier product analysis, fridge checks, specification adherence checks, portion controls, etc.)
- Ensure that Micro swabbing and sampling is done.
- Must be fully aware of Allergen identification.
- Any other reasonable task that may be required by management

Authority Levels
- Report non conformances to QC Manager for immediate action

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12
- Certificate in Food Technology
- In-depth In-depth HACCP Knowledge
- Full Competent Competent in Microsoft Office

Experience
- 1 Years’ Experience

**Skills**:

- Ability to conduct accurate quality checks.
- Accuracy of temperature checks and CCP recording.
- Basic knowledge of quality Processes.Competencies
- Ability to deliver appropriate information to the right people.
- Ability to communicate.
- Ability to do basic trainings.
