Our client has a career opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator.

The role will be responsible for processing, maintaining, and tracking stock movement, adequate record keeping of all raw material and finished product.

The position will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow correct internal procedure for receiving raw materials (Supplier and Inter Company)
- Follow correct internal procedure for despatching of finished goods (Customer and Inter Company)
- Maintain and update receiving board on a daily basis
- Check receiving and despatch documents for correct quantities etc, all documents must be signed and dated
- Investigate all discrepancies when receiving or despatching and feedback immediately
- Check delivery notes for receivers signature and delivery date
- Input all relevant information in accounting system
- Electronic filing to be done immediately
- Assist with stock counts by creating stock lists and do system investigation on discrepancies
- Follow correct stock count procedure
- Attach COA and shelf life extension to invoice where required
- Print invoices and delivery notes as per routing sheet
- Compile and complete delivery schedule for drivers, include truck weights etc
- Follow the returns policy and procedure for any and all returns
- Issue raw materials (boxes, sleeves, product etc) to production as and when required
- Capture and track movement of all pallets/crates used on the premises
- Arrange for collection of pallets/crates where necessary
- Present the Company in a professional, pleasant and constructive manner
- Follow up and feedback on queries within 2 hours after receipt
- Maintain a positive relationship with internal and external suppliers and customers
- Maintain clear communication channels

**Requirements**:

- Supply Chain, Warehouse or Logistics qualification will be advantageous
- Matric with Mathematics
- Computer literate
- 3 - 5 Years experience in warehousing
