**Drafting and Design**:

- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical components and systems using AutoCAD.
- Develop accurate and comprehensive technical drawings, ensuring alignment with project specifications.

**2. 3D Modeling**:

- Proficiently use AutoCAD for 3D modeling to represent complex mechanical structures and assemblies.
- Collaborate with engineers to transform conceptual designs into detailed 3D models.

**3. Detailing and Annotation**:

- Provide detailed annotations, dimensions, and specifications on both 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Ensure drawings are clear, accurate, and comply with industry standards.

**4. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with engineers and other team members to understand design requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to design optimization.

**5. Revision Management**:

- Maintain and update drawings to reflect design changes and revisions.
- Keep accurate records of version control for all drawings and models.

**6. Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough reviews of own work to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies.
- Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality design outputs.

**7. Documentation**:

- Generate and maintain documentation related to mechanical drawings, including design specifications and material lists.
- Prepare clear and concise documentation for internal and external communication.
- Prepare bill of materials and orders for purchasing of components to fabricate finished product.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification in Mechanical Drafting, CAD Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Draftsman with expertise in both 2D and 3D AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor.
- Proficient in creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models for mechanical components.
- Familiarity with other CAD software.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in drafting
