Csd Agent

**Introduction**

Our client in the logistics and supply chain sector is looking for a highly driven and organised CSD agent to join their team on a temporary contract to monitor and ensure a seamless delivery process to meet their customer service expectations.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Customer Service Planning.

Co-ordination of deliveries between client and delivery points.

Following up on customer shipments until delivered.

KPI measurement and reporting for customers.

Providing quality customer service to clients.

Compile and Manage CSD Reports.

Arrange collections for customer.

Claims investigations.

Capturing of POD’s.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

Matric.

A customer service related qualification would be advantageous.

Experience in the logistics and distribution industry.

Knowledge in Operations Planning.

Good working experience with CSD software.

Willing to work Saturdays, public holidays and long hour shifts.

Available immediately and willing to work a contract position.
