**Job Overview**:

- Prepare and present detailed repair and maintenance estimates, explaining the scope of work and costs involved.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles and notify them of any changes or delays in the repair process.
- Assist customers with warranty information and insurance claims as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used.
