Imports Coordinator

As our Imports Coordinator, you'll spearhead the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies for our imports portfolio. Collaborating with the Supply Team, you'll curate product assortments, manage product availability, and devise pricing strategies while considering market trends and customer demand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategically collaborate with the Supply Team to curate balanced product assortments
- Foster and manage partnerships with premium brands aligned with our customer strategy
- Ensure timely, cost-effective stock deliveries while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor stock, sales, margins, and assortment to achieve KPIs, implementing promotions and sales strategies
- Leverage data analysis to drive sell-through and reduce markdowns
- Analyze sales figures and trends to forecast future product needs and devise merchandise plans
- Drive innovation within the department

- Commercial acumen and self-motivation

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

**Experience**:

- 2+ years in Merchandise Management roles
- Degree preferred; relevant work experience considered
- Preference for e-commerce or retail experience, especially within fashion
- Proficiency in retail math and financial reasoning
- Strong skills in planning, negotiation, and relationship building
- Forward-thinking approach, identifying and driving new business opportunities
