Manage all sectional title and AGM/ SGM matters
Diary management for PM
Liaising with trustees, members, insurance brokers, attorneys, agents, auditors, etc.
Manage member queries and complaints
Maintaining information on the system
Assisting with opening new bank accounts
Assisting with insurance renewals
Arranging insurance valuations, levy clearance certificates, welcome packs for new members, etc.
Managing requirements for CSOS
Logging of all maintenance calls/ requests
Handling all maintenance queries
Liaise with the maintenance contractors
Follow up on completion times
Finalization of all maintenance jobs on the maintenance module
Liaising with clients
Up-dating intercom numbers
Liaise with Portfolio Managers
Sending outstanding job list to PM’s
Keeping track and update of the Preferred Contractors List
Assisting with obtaining quotations
Receiving Invoices & sending to relevant department for payment
Provide out of hours maintenance emergencies assistant to owners & trustees
Assisting with advertising and of rental properties along with scheduling viewing appointments

**Salary**: From R12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Property Management: 3 years (required)
- Sectional Title or Body Corporate: 3 years (required)
