Workshop Manager

We are looking for a Workshop Manager, reporting to the dealer principal.

**A brief summary of responsibilities**:
Set and maintain strategic direction for the Service unit whilst taking responsibility and accountability for its performance, operational efficiency, growth and reporting. Driving Sales and all related logistics regarding service department

**Including tasks such as**:

- Efficient planning of incoming jobs
- Daily progress and quality control
- Servicing/maintenance on Yamaha, Kymco, Indian, TVS products and other similar products
- Technical support at key events leading to income for after sales
- Maintain tool & machine efficiency to reduce external costs
- Helping customers understand what type of service/repair is best suited to their product
- Responsible for internal workshop reports and processes

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- 5 years’ cross-functional experience with at least 3 years in customer interaction
- Experience in technical industry
