Reservations/reception

Our client a 5 Star Game Reserve is looking to employ a Reservation/Receptionist with previous experience in an upmarket establishment. They are using Opera for reservations so it is essential for you to have knowledge of the Opera reservations software. You must be well presented and well-spoken as you will be the first contact to their clients. The client is located in the Eastern Cape. On offer is Salary and Accommodation with communal Kitchen and Laundry.
- Grade 12.
- Experience working in a similar position in Reservations/Reception is essential.
- Experience working in a luxury lodge environment preferred.
- Must be fully computer literate and have experience working with Opera reservation system.
- Must be able to deal with the check-in/out process and accurately invoice charges & payments
- Must be organized, efficient and have attention to detail.
- Must have good customer-service experience and have a guest-focused mindset.
- Must have excellent command of the English language.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be confident, people-orientated and pro-active.
