**Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end research and data analysis projects to explore niche talent pools, skills, experience, locations, diversity, education, competition, and compensation trends across global geographies.
- Utilize Excel, SQL, Tableau, SaaS talent and labor data platforms, ETL, AI and Boolean web search techniques, PowerPoint, Google Slides, documents, and other tools to identify and gather data, perform analyses, and present results.
- Identify, acquire, analyze, and represent data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, US Census, Eurostat, World Bank, compensation benchmarking data, job postings, talent profiles, LevelUP and client systems, and many other sources to conduct work.
- Engage with clients and internal partners to explore the nature and root causes of talent sourcing, hiring, engagement, and retention challenges.
- Partner with a diverse team of recruiting, analytical, and marketing professionals to differentiate LevelUP from competitors and help our clients attract and hire top talent.

**Growth Opportunities**
- Research and analyze the current AI landscape and help develop strategies for the utilization of AI within the organization.
- Research and recommend strategies for streamlining and automating Market Intelligence workflows.

**Qualifications**
- 4+ years of experience required
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst, Market Intelligence, or Market Research related role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Exceptional skills with databases and strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, data analysis, ETL workflows, and BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Cognos, MicroStrategy, or similar

**Nice To Have**:

- Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms such as Workday, ICIMS, or SuccessFactors
- Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, PowerApps, UiPath, VBA, PowerShell, Alteryx, or similar
- Experience with advanced statistical and data analysis techniques
