Qualifications and Experience Required:

- A minimum of a B.Sc. in Agricultural Science (or similar) Honours.
- An M.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences (or similar) will be an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of appropriate technical and team management experience.
- Experience in specialty fertilizer and bio stimulant product development.
- Proven track record of managing projects and achieving goals.
- Experience in managing field trials with a solid understanding of statistics and trial design.
- Marketing experience.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Assist in strategic planning, development, and packaging of defined products and concepts into agronomic solutions.
- Collect field data from clients, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data collection.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of local and global agricultural trends.
- Guide researchers in the development of trial protocols, oversee the implementation of trials, and report on the results.
- Provide support for promotional activities and contribute to the writing of scientific and marketing articles.
- Develop and maintain the agronomic trial database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with the agronomic field team to ensure seamless coordination and information sharing.
