Planner (Manufacturing)

**The opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planner to join our Manufacturing family. In order to support the growth and expansion of Cotton Traders, we are looking for a competent, experienced Planner who will be able to plan the production for the Cotton Traders Manufacturing Plant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Comprehensive understanding, management and execution of:

- **Strategic plan** - clear understanding of our 3 year strategic vision with respect to our capability requirements
- **PIS plan**
- ensure factory feed is suitably allocated at roll-up phase
- **Operational plan**
- Meeting our customers deliveries requirement
- Meeting production requirements to effect delivery requirements
- Ensuring all outwork requirements are planned and processed effectively
- All Printing and Embroidery properly co-ordinated when required
- Any in-house requirements
- Liaise with the Retail Planning to ensure all pre-production elements are co-ordinated and planned effectively to achieve delivery requirements
- Ensure that packages are received On Time and In Full to achieve the production requirements
- Cutting
- Ensure all requirements planned and communicated
- Manufacturing
- All production targets are met to maintain production plan
- Adjustments to production plan to be communicated effectively
- Online
- Ensure that ASN’s are submitted On Time and In Full
- Ensure deliveries are On Time and In Full
- Understand resource plan (machine & people) requirements to achieve the production plan
- Daily liaison and communication with the procurement, planning, production and despatch teams

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Manufacturing Production Planning, manufacturing supply chain or similar/ related environment
- Experience of 3-5 years in a Similar Role
- Experience working on Styleman & Fastreact Planning System (Advantageous)
