If you are excited by the prospect of making a difference by giving great customer service to support the efficient running of the southern suburb branches and TAH as a whole, then this job is for you.
**_WORK ENVIRONMENT_**
- **Overtime/ travel/ weekend work/ team environment**_
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 19:00 (shifts of up to 8 hours on rotation between practices)
- Every alternative Friday 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 14:00 and Sunday 09:00 - 13:00
- Reliable vehicle and valid drivers’ licence with no endorsement.
**_WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM THIS JOB?_**
- **Job deliverables and main duties**_
- Interactions are friendly and professional according to reception standards
- Calls answered and directed courteously and efficiently.
- New client details added accurately on the EzyVet System.
- Selling of veterinary products and food to clients
- Questions and queries are addressed according to policies, protocols and standards
- Customer complaints handled according to protocol and escalated as required
- Accurate messages taken and passed on
- Product knowledge kept up to date through reading, attending training and discussions with reps
- Queuing system accurately coordinated
- Co-ordinate relevant administration processes
- Vaccination books updated.
- Filing kept updated.
- Operational problems reported to the Branch Manager.
**_TO BE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB YOU NEED_**
**_Required Education, Certifications and Work Experience: _**
- 2-3 years’ experience in a client facing role.
- 2 years’ retail sales experience
- Bilingual in English & Afrikaans.
- Computer Literate MS Office.
- Product Knowledge.
- Ezyvet System.
