Qualifications:
- Enrollment in or completion of a psychology-related degree program.
- Genuine passion for working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility, patience, and resilience in the face of challenges.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
- Prior experience or coursework in autism spectrum disorders preferred.
