Canvassing Team: Whilst it is the expectation that you generate, develop and manage your own stock and leads, we have opted to support your stock endeavors. This we do by providing a dedicated team of in-house, full-time canvassing staff. The 4 ladies are responsible for the creation of databases and lead generation, helping you secure more deals and being more productive.

The Orientation process: Typically there is a 90 day time period that new recruits are assigned activities and training and monitored and coached closely to make sure they’ve made the right choice in choosing a career in real estate sales. This includes Go21, Create 21 and Century 21 University. The Orientation Process Starts with an Office Procedures discussion.

An Honest Day’s Work: This means putting in the time, effort, dedication and focus required to get what you want out of property and out of life. 8 hours a day minimum. This is what an honest day’s work really looks like. Sometimes the industry demands more, and when it does, we naturally need to pivot, produce more, raise our activity levels and keep attaining and succeeding.
