Our client within the construction and property development industry is looking to appoint an electrical buyer.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Matric & background in buying would be an advantage.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Responsible for purchasing goods for the company to use or sell
- This position requires extensive research and the ability to negotiate contracts with suppliers, manage an inventory, evaluate quality goods, and stick within a budget

**Basic Skill Set**:

- Sound knowledge and understanding of the builder’s merchant industry
- Understanding of cost
- The ability able to establish a good working relationship with all our supplier partners
- The ability to interact with both internal and external colleagues
