**Fraud & Risk Management - Manager**
**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Manage and/or deliver forensic investigation engagements
- Through effective relationship building, identify further potential business opportunities
- Conduct assigned forensic audit engagements successfully from beginning to end
- Supervising junior staff assigned to engagements and providing guidance and overall review of deliverables.
- Ensuring forensic/fraud & risk audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstance and risk.
- Obtaining and reviewing evidence and ensuring forensic audit conclusions are well documented.
- Communicating assigned tasks to engagement team in a manner that is clear and concise, ensuring high quality, accuracy and efficient results.
- Reviewing engagement files and managing team
- Generating high quality reports
- Working collaboratively with the Business Development team for the completion and submission of tenders and proposals and attend tender briefing sessions as and when required
- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
- Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training professionals
- Contribute to the maintenance of an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff
- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
**Furthermore, the successful applicant will take responsibility for**:
- Timely billing of clients
- Timely collection of outstanding debtors
- Productivity (chargeable hours)
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (or NQF 7 qualification) in Commerce/Law with focus on Fraud Risk Management/Forensic Auditing, Forensic Accounting, commercial investigations or legal studies.
- Exposure to private & public sector
- A qualified CFE - Certified Fraud Examiner (Compulsory)
- 5+ years of experience in commercial investigations or legal field, with 4 at supervisory/junior management level
