**IT DESKTOP SUPPORT**

**BOKSBURG**

**SALARY - R15 000 - R20 000 PER MONTH NEG.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Running & Maintaining of Server Infrastructure
- Responding to support requests.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
- Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
- Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
- Completing job reports and ordering supplies.
- Operating System Install / Configure and Maintain
- Equipment Setup (PC’s, Laptops)
- Assist with Anti-Virus Remediation
- Assist with Backup Remediation

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Matric
- A+ or N+
- A minimum of 1 year Desktop Support experience in a medium to large size organization
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (O365)
- Active Directory
- Desktop Support: 1 year (required)

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

License/Certification:

- A+ or N+ Certificate (required)
