Warehouse Supervisor

**Core Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ultimate responsibility for all warehouse functions.
- Managing the warehouse team; setting tasks, KPIs and reviewing performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety legislation.
- Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse

**Goods handling**
- Control the flow of goods in and out the warehouse.
- Responsible for safe handling and storage of products.
- Oversight and engagement with team to ensure correct picking and packing orders.

**Inventory Management**
- Oversee weekly stock counts.
- Investigate and report on variances.
- Work interdepartmentally to manage inventory turnover and optimise inventory levels.
- Create requisitions for consignment stock and liaise with vendors to deliver replenishment stock.
- Provide weekly reports to Operations team on shipments, stock handling and order fulfilment.

**Logistics**
- Responsible for managing logistics within South Africa.
- Update customers with shipping documents and delivery details.
- Tracking and tracing shipments from Door to Door.
- Working with 3PLs to provide an improved service to customers.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year's experience in a similar role
- Computer literate

Preferable, but not essential
- Experience with beverage inventory, preferably wine
- Forklift license
- Experience managing people

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
