Butchery Supervisor

This management role will see you maintain a well-run butchery, manage stock levels, budgets, staff and quality standard, as well as implement value-added promotions and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Minimum Requirements / Experience**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role at a butchery
- Computer skills and experience preparing reports
- The ability to evaluate employee performance
- Previous experience planning and establishing work schedules
- **Previous experience working in a Halaal butchery a distinct advantage**:
- Weekend work required
**Responsibilities**
- Planning

- Production processes

- Production specifications
- Maintaining operational data
- Prepare management report
- Process and receive customer payments when necessary
