In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries of our products, offloading stock with a forklift and organizing the warehouse. You will also be the face of the business and responsible for assisting walk in customers by recommending products and invoicing accordingly.

This role is vital to contributing to the overall success of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Offloading stock and organising the warehouse with a forklift
- Managing reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
- Preparing and processing invoices for customers
- Maintaining accurate records of product inventory and deliveries
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the business

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Forklift license is a plus
