**Signal Hill Products is looking for a BTL Coordinator**

**Position/Title: BTL Coordinator**
**Reports To: Brand Activations Specialist**
**Function: Trade Marketing**
**Area: South Africa**

**Overall Responsibility**:

- Facilitating the booking of promoters and activations.
- Free stock issue process for brand activations.
- Raising of purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Prize fulfillment of brand activations

**Focus Area 1- Managing and tracking all physical elements pertaining to Brand Activations**
- After procurement has taken place, orders need to be tracked and made sure to arrive on time and in full
- Regular inventory counts need to be facilitated in all regions

**Focus Area 2- Facilitating the booking of promoters and activations**
- Consolidate weekly promoter bookings on 1 sheet and send to promoter company
- Raise the PO for the bookings
- Process the invoices
- Follow up with promoter company and ensure all runs smoothly

**Focus Area 3- Free stock issue process for brand activations**
- Receive list of brand activations that require free stock
- Book out free stock and ensure it is shipped to region before activation takes place

**Focus Area 4- Raising of purchase orders and processing invoice**
- Liaise with Brand Activation specialist regarding orders for procurement
- Assist in raising purchase orders
- Assist in processing invoices

**Focus Area 5- Prize fulfillment of brand activations**
- Contact competition winners
- List their shipping details
- Pack and ship the prizes
- Track the package and ensure its arrival

**Requirements of the Role**:

- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in marketing, administration or sales
- Years Experience: minimum of 1 year experience in brand activations, administration, Tele-sales or similar
- Experience in planning and coordinating multiple stakeholders

**Preferred Skills/Competencies**
- Great communications skills Interpersonal and social skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Problem-solving skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From R3.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Diploma (preferred)
