Winchmore Tutors is a national tuition agency working primarily with schools and local authorities providing tuition to disadvantaged pupils and vulnerable groups in the UK.

We are looking for tutor recruiters within our South Africa office. Our tutor recruiters are responsible for hiring teachers across the UK in correlation with the business needs.

The role is extremely busy and involves all aspect of the hiring process covering headhunting, interviewing, training and compliance as well as on going tutor support. You will work closely with our account managers to determine specific needs and recruitment requirements of our clients.

Duties include;
- Sourcing tutors using job boards, LinkedIn, building databases
- Interviewing tutors (over Zoom)
- Organising and delivering tutor training
- Compliance - references, DBS, etc
- Managing engagement of the current database of tutors - updates, events
- Other administrative tasks

- Have experience in the recruitment process
- Have an understanding of compliance

A consistent work history is key.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm (SA Time)
- Hours may change due to daylight saving hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westlake, Cape Town: reliably commute (required)
- Account management: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
