As a result, we need an ambitious Senior Recruitment Executive to join one of the BC education ventures, Avado, who are one of the UK's leading providers of apprenticeships and professional qualifications.

**THE ROLE**

We are excited to announce that Avado, one of the BC education ventures, are hiring for a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join our new Cape Town office The role will report to the Head of People in the UK and will lead on the attraction and selection process of senior talent for the business.

The successful applicant will get deeply involved with managing a high volume of recruitment processes for Avado, whilst being responsible for managing, training and upskilling a Junior Recruitment Executive. The role is designed to be an integral part of Avado, with progression opportunities within the team and/or other Blenheim Chalcot portfolio companies.

**Key responsibilities**
- Act as a single point of contact in providing an end-to-end recruitment service for various business units within Avado.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers, ensuring best-in-class recruitment processes are adhered to.
- Produce regular reports on progress and placements for senior management team.
- Management and training of a Junior Recruitment Executive.
- Lead on all of the recruitment process, including conducting interviews, liaising with key stakeholders, and updating people systems.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset to continuously improve the processes and activities.

- be on point for all elements of the hiring process,
- work in a highly entrepreneurial environment, focusing on execution and ensuring plans come to fruition; and, consistently build strong relationships quickly with stakeholders centrally within the business and Blenheim Chalcot team.

**ABOUT YOU**
- An ambitious and driven individual with 3 years' work experience in a recruitment role.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience using recruitment systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse (or equivalent) is preferred.
- You're a problem solver - you take ownership and won't settle until the problem is resolved.
- You're resilient and love to use any learnings to improve a process next time round.
- You thrive from working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity.
- You're willing to get stuck in - we're a small team so you'll be happy get involved in projects outside of your job description.
